How a Service at Dario Works
Book and drop off. Book online or call. Drop the van at St Marys in the morning, or the night before if that suits, and tell us anything you have noticed on the road.
Inspection and quote. The 16-point service is a fixed price. Anything we find beyond it, or any repair job, is quoted in writing before we touch it. No work happens without your say-so.
The work. Bearings repacked with marine-grade grease, brakes adjusted, chassis, coupling and safety chain checked, gas and electrical tested, the lot on the hoist so nothing underneath is guessed at. Parts come off our own shelves.
Pick up, with the report. Most 16-point services are same day. You get a written summary of what was done and what to watch, and a reminder when the next 10,000 km service is due.

We're open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, and Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm. Closed Sunday.
No. We don't stock lithium grease or general lubricants, so a hardware or auto parts store is the place for a tub to use at home. What we do is the job itself: every service includes cleaning and repacking your wheel bearings with marine-grade grease, and we can tell you which grease suits your bearings, hitch and seals if you want to top up between services.
Our 16-point service is a fixed price and our 56-point service is quoted on the van, so you know the number before we start. A 16-point service is usually done the same day if you drop the van in the morning. A 56-point service or a repair that needs parts can take longer, and we tell you the expected date when you book. Parts we stock on site are fitted straight away; parts on order are chased daily.
Lodge the claim with your insurer, then book the van in with us. We inspect it, prepare the quote in the format your insurer wants, and deal with the assessor directly. Once the repair is approved we order parts and give you a start date. We work with RAA, CIL, YOUi, AAMI and Ken Tame regularly.
